Flannery received her Ph.D. in Management and Organizations at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and earned M.S. and A.B. degrees in Psychology from Tulane University and Binghamton University, respectively. Flannery’s research focuses on the sources and consequences of inequality in organizations at both a micro and macro level. Her research has been published in Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Journal of Applied Behavioral Science. Flannery joined the Management Department in the David Eccles School of Business in 2011, and is excited to be a part of the University of Utah community.
