flannery stevens, ph.d.
BIOGRAPHY
Flannery earned her Ph.D. in Management and Organizations from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and M.S. and B.A. degrees in Psychology from Tulane University and Binghamton University, respectively. Flannery’s research focuses on the sources and consequences of inequality in organizations at both a micro and macro level. Her research has been published in Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Journal of Applied Behavioral Science. Flannery recently joined the Management and Operations Department at the Villanova School of Business in 2017 from the University of Utah, and is excited to be a part of the Villanova community.
